Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam said the ministry could not release details of Fadi’s autopsy report as the case is under police investigation.
“After completing the autopsy, we submitted our findings to the police and it is up to the police to release any details on the report.
“We will not release any statement (on it),” he said
Fadi was gunned down by two men on a high-powered motorcycle while he was on his way to perform dawn prayers at a surau near the condominium he was staying in at JalanMeranti, Kuala Lumpur.
The victim, a lecturer at a private university, was reported to have been shot more than 10 times and was killed at the scene. The case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
Fadi had been living in Malaysia for 10 years. He leaves behind a wife and three children
